Kinetic Venue: 

SeatingThere will be bleachers on all courts as well as mezzanine viewing upstairs. The middle row on all bleachers will be taped off to allow for social distancing. You may bring your own folding chair to play on a blue X to allow for social distancing. We ask that when the 2 playing teams have finished that they will leave the court area to allow for the next match’s spectators. We will have space upstairs for teams that are “off”.


EquipmentBalls and carts will be provided. We will also have electronic whistles available. We ask that the reffing team use the provided wipes to clean all tables, whistles, and equipment once you are finished.


FoodFull concessions will be available. No outside food or coolers are allowed in the building. Valentino’s pizza will be available starting at 11am.


Parking / Traffic Flow: There is NO parking in the blacktop Red Fox parking lot. Please click here to view our parking / traffic flow map, especially if you have never been to the building. The main row alongside the westside of the building is a one way only, to exit the parking lot. Upon entering the main drag, all cars must turn right to enter into the parking lot. Overflow parking is available in the gravel lot to the north of the building.

Speedway Venue: 

Concessions available, no outside food permitted.

Bleachers available, no outside chairs at Speedway.    

Spectators and coaches must wear masks.

Door Opens 7am each day

FORMAT: Saturday Pool Play -Sunday Bracket Play- Depending on the number of teams per division. All matches will be best of 3 games to 25 with the deciding game, if necessary, to 15.  There is no cap. If there is a 3 team pool with out a crossover they will play 3 sets to 25 points no cap.

ADMISSION- This year's 2 day event will have an admission fee of $20 for a 2-day tournament pass, and $12 for a 1-day pass. 

AWARDS: 1st and 2nd place in the Gold Division receive medals and award.  Other division winners will receive Medals.

HOTELS: We offer a Preferred Stay and Play.  To Come

REGISTRATION:  Registration for this event will open in August 1, 2021. The entry fee is $450 and he deadline for event entry is April 1, 2022 or earlier if capacity is reached. Registration for this tournament is done on Advanced Event System. Payments after the deadline will be charged and additional $100

REFUNDS: No refunds 

OFFICIALS:    The tournament will supply officials for all court matches. 

RULES: AAU we will follow the USAVB rules for this event

TIE-BREAKERS: For this year's event, there will NOT be any tie-breaking games played.  In the case of a tie, the teams will be ranked by head-to-head results in case of a 2-way tie, or in the case of a 3-way tie: set percentage, and then, if necessary, point percentage.


Check in will take place at each playing site 30 min. before you play. You must bring a AAU Roster to Check in.



  • Due to the incidents in the previous years, there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues 

  • Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only. 

  • Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the playing facilities. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. 

  • Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.

ATHLETIC TRAINERS: There will be a athletic trainers available to tape and assist with minor injuries and serve as a first responder to more serious injuries.  
Athletes must provide tape and pre-warp for any pre-existing needs.  Tape and pre-wrap are only provided by the tournament for emergency purposes.

•  This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.

•  All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable).  Visit www.aauvolleyball.org to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required).

•  Membership is not included in the event entry fee

•  BE PREPARED:  Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event.  Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.



*Winning teams in age divisions with 12 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the 2022 AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the West Coast AAU Championships, or the Volleyball Festival.  In divisions with less than 12 teams, the entry fee will be discounted. 

*You must contact aauvolleyball@aausports.org after the event to let them know you are interested in attending one of the reduced entities events.

*All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline.  The National and West Coast Championships, as well as the Volleyball Festival are open to any team, no qualifying required.  For complete rules and guidelines for Super Regional or Grand Prix events, please visit www.aauvolleyball.org.
