DIVISIONS: 11's-18’s - Club Divisions
ENTRY FEE: $375.00 - Deadline for Entries April 2, 2021. Or when the Tournament is FULL.
FORMAT: Saturday Pool Play -Sunday Bracket Play- Depending on the number of teams per division. All matches will be best of 3 games to 25 with the deciding game, if necessary, to 15. There is no cap. If there is a 3 team pool with our a crossover they will play 3 sets to 25 points no cap.

We have limited spectators to 2 per athlete.
Once you purchase your pass, you will receive an email that contains a QR code for the event. Present this QR code at the check-in desk to receive a wristband. The wristband must be worn on the wrist for the duration of the event.
Must adhere to the Covid procedures outlined above
AWARDS: 1st and 2nd place in the Gold Division receive medals and award. Silver and Bronze Division winners will receive Medals.

REGISTRATION: Registration for this event will open in August 1, 2020. The deadline for entry is
April 2, 2021 or earlier if capacity is reached. Registration for this tournament is done on Advanced Event System.
COACHES: Check in before you play and bring your AAU Roster and fill out the hotel form then get a wristband. Must wear Mask when coaching.
It is the coach’s responsibility to make sure their Spectators and Players are complying with the face mask policy.

3rd Offense (or any subsequent offense) – Delay Penalty Point

OFFICALS: The tournament will supply officials for all courts and matches.
TIE-BREAKERS: For this year's event, there will NOT be any tie-breaking games played. In the case of a tie, the teams will be ranked by head-to-head results in case of a 2-way tie, or in the case of a 3-way tie: set percentage, and then, if necessary, point percentage.
TEAM CHECK IN LOCATION AND TIME: Check in will take place at each playing site 30 minutes before you play. AAU Rosters will be required at Check in.
FACILITY RULES:

Due to the incidents in the previous years, there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues

Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only.

Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the playing facilities. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities.

Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.
ATHLETIC TRAINERS: There will be a athletic trainers available to tape and assist with minor injuries and serve as a first responder to more serious injuries. Athletes must provide tape and pre-warp for any pre-existing needs. Tape and pre-wrap are only provided by the tournament for emergency purposes.

This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.

All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable). Visit to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required).

Membership is not included in the event entry fee.

BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event. Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.

Grand Prix Guidelines:
*Winning teams in age divisions with 12 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the 2020 AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the West Coast AAU Championships, or the Volleyball Festival. In divisions with less than 12 teams, the entry fee will be discounted.
*You must contact after the event to let them know you are interested in attending one of the reduced enterties events.
*All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline. The National and West Coast Championships, as well as the Volleyball Festival are open to any team, no qualifying required. Refereeing Responsibilities: Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, libero tracker, and two line judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.
