Parking at Wiregreass Sports Ranch-There is a parking fee for all cars.

There will be a QR code in all parking lots to purchase parking. Customers will have to enter their license plate upon purchasing for it to be monitored.

Parking link will be open to purchase 24 hours prior to the event
The parking pass is good for 24 hours (1 day pass) 48 hours (2 day pass), 72 hours (3 day pass)
Signs are around parking lots to scan the QR code
All spots are paid parking, even grass. Grass will have marked off spots.

Tickets must be purchased online by clicking the admission button below.

Upon completion of the purchase you will be emailed a QR code which should be saved.
You will need to present the QR code in your email for entry. You will be given a wristband which must be worn for the entirey.

Match Rules

Best of 3 sets (Sets 1 & 2 to 25 points, Set 3 to 15 points. Win by 2 points no cap)
For 3-team pools with no crossover: 3 sets to 15 points, win by 2 points. No cap)

Tie-Breakers

2-Way Tie: Head-to-head results
3-Way Tie: Set percentage then point percentage

No tie-breaker matches will be played.

Awards:

Awards will be given at this tournament and vary based on the size of each division. Check with Championship desk at the tournament for award details.

Officials:

Certified officials provided for all courts and matches.
Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, libero tracker, and two line judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.

Athletice Trainers:

Trainers available for minor injuries and emergency response.
Athletes must bring their own tape and pre-wrap.
(Tournament supplies are for emergency use only.)

Facility Rules

Due to the incidents in the previous years, there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues
Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only.
Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the playing facilities. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. Containers shoud have a secure leak proof cover.
Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.
Alchohol is NOT sold at this event.
Noise makers are not permitted.
Chairs may not be allowed at many venues. Contact us if you have handicap requirements.
Dogs are not permitted at tournaments. Please email the tournament director for service animal approval.

Doors will open at 7am or 1 hours prior to the earliest start time.

Team check-in

Check in will take place at each playing site 30 minutes before you play. ALL TEAM coaches must check-in thier teams.
USA Rosters are required to Check in online.

Roster Disclaimer

Teams must be entered into AES prior to the event Please enter correct player data on AES at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so can make a player ineligible to pley.
All players listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization.
All players must meet age classifications requirements.
