ENTRY FEE: $475.00  deadline for entryies March 5, 2021  


Entry Fee  Reduction - Teams that were in last years event will have a reduced entry fee.  Fees will be reduced 28% which makes the entry fee $342 per team. When sending in fees please be specific of the number of teams that were in last years event.

FORMAT: Saturday Pool Play -Sunday Bracket Play- Depending on the number of teams per division. All matches will be best of 3 games to 25 with the deciding game, if necessary, to 15.  There is no cap. If there is a 3 team pool with out a crossover they will play 3 sets to 25 points no cap.

ADMISSION- Go to "Buy My Pass"

AWARDS: 1st and 2nd place in the Gold Division receive medals and award.  Silver and Bronze Division winners will receive Medals. Team that win a Division will receive a Free or adjust entry fee into the  2021 AAU National Volleyball Tournament. 


HOTELS: We offer a Preferred Stay and Play.  HOTELS

REGISTRATION:  Registration for this event will open in September 7, 2020. The entry fee is $365 and he deadline for event entry is March 5, 2021 or earlier if capacity is reached. Registration for this tournament is done on Advanced Event System.

OFFICALS:    The tournament will supply officials for all court matches. 

RULES: AAU we will follow the USAVB rules for this event

TIE-BREAKERS: For this year's event, there will NOT be any tie-breaking games played.  In the case of a tie, the teams will be ranked by head-to-head results in case of a 2-way tie, or in the case of a 3-way tie: set percentage, and then, if necessary, point percentage.


Check in will take place at each playing site 1 hr. before you play. You must bring a AAU Roster to Check in.  Please make sure to double check which venue you are playing at to check-in. 


  • Due to the incidents in the previous years, there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues 

  • Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only. 

  • Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the playing facilities. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. 

  • Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.

ATHLETIC TRAINERS: There will be a athletic trainers available to tape and assist with minor injuries and serve as a first responder to more serious injuries.  
Athletes must provide tape and pre-warp for any pre-existing needs.  Tape and pre-wrap are only provided by the tournament for emergency purposes.


REFUNDS: No refunds after Dec. 16, 2020. There will be a $25.00 cancelation fee for all refunds.

CDC GUIDELINES-We will follow the rules of the CDC  in this area of Tennessee. We will be sending out additional information on the rules for entering and playing in the facilities. •  This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.

•  All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable).  Visit www.aauvolleyball.org to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required).

•  Membership is not included in the event entry fee

•  BE PREPARED:  Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event.  Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.



*Winning teams in age divisions with 12 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the 2021 AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the West Coast AAU Championships, or the Volleyball Festival.  In divisions with less than 12 teams, the entry fee will be discounted. 

*You must contact aauvolleyball@aausports.org after the event to let them know you are interested in attending one of the reduced entities events.

*All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline.  The National and West Coast Championships, as well as the Volleyball Festival are open to any team, no qualifying required.  For complete rules and guidelines for Super Regional or Grand Prix events, please visit www.aauvolleyball.org.
