FORMAT: Saturday pool play. AM&PM waves. Sunday Elimination Bracket
ADMISSION- This year's 2-day event will have a daily admission fee of $14, or LOE fee of $25 for a tournament pass. Tickets only purchased online. A QR code will be emailed which should be presented for entry. BUY TICKETS
AWARDS: 1st, 2nd place winners in the Gold will receive medals and a plaque. 1st place winners in the other divisions will receive a medal.

REGISTRATION: Registration for this event will open in August 1, 2022. The entry fee is $475 and the deadline for event entry is December 30,2022 or earlier if capacity is reached. Registration for this tournament is done on Advanced Event System.
OFFICALS: All matches will have top officials
RULES: AAU we will follow the AAU rules for this event
TIE-BREAKERS: For this year's event, there will NOT be any tie-breaking games played. In the case of a tie, the teams will be ranked by head-to-head results in case of a 2-way tie, or in the case of a 3-way tie: set percentage, and then, if necessary, point percentage.
TEAM CHECK IN LOCATION AND TIME:
Check in will take place at each playing site 30 minutes before you play. You must bring a AAU Roster to Check in. Please make sure to double check which venue you are playing at to check-in.
Due to the incidents in the previous years, there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only.
Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the playing facilities. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities.
Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.
No noise makers allowed
ATHLETIC TRAINERS: There will be a athletic trainers available to tape and assist with minor injuries and serve as a first responder to more serious injuries.
Athletes must provide tape and pre-warp for any pre-existing needs.
Tape and pre-wrap are only provided by the tournament for emergency purposes.

AAU MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES:
• This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.
• All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable). Visit www.aauvolleyball.org to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required).
• Membership is not included in the event entry fee
• BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event. Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.
GRAND PRIX GUIDELINES:
*Winning teams in age divisions with 12 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the 2023 AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the West Coast AAU Championships, or the Volleyball Festival. In divisions with less than 12 teams, the entry fee will be discounted.
*You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org after the event to let them know you are interested in attending one of the reduced entities events.
*All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline. The National and West Coast Championships, as well as the Volleyball Festival are open to any team, no qualifying required. AAU Event Roster Requirements:
· All players listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization.
· All players must meet age classifications requirements.
· All staff listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with AAU.
· Please enter correct player data on AES by January 13, 2023
This is an AAU Licensed Event. All participants must be current AAU Members.
AES rosters are required. Rosters must be imported from the AAU website.
