DIVISIONS:     12’s-18’s - Club Divisions /Some divisions may be combined depending on numbers            

ENTRY FEE:    $325.00 - Deadline for Entries May 13, 2023. Or when the Tournament is FULL. There will be $100 late fee added for payments received after the deadline. 


FORMAT:          Saturday Pool Play -Sunday Bracket Play- Depending on the number of teams per          division. All matches will be best of 3 games to 25 with the deciding game, if necessary, to 15.  There is no cap. If there is a 3 team pool with our a crossover they will play 3 sets to 25 points no cap.


ADMISSIONS: Tickets must be purchased onlite. Once purchased a QR code will be emailed that needs to be presented for entry.  BUY TICKETS

AWARDS:        1st and 2nd place winners in the Gold Division will receive an award. The team that wins a Gold Division will receive a FREE or adjusted entry fee into the 2024 AAU National Volleyball Tournament, he West Coast AAU Championships, or the Volleyball Festival

REGISTRATION:  Registration for this event will open in August 1, 2023. The deadline for entry is

May 13, 2023 or earlier if capacity is reached. Registration for this tournament is done on Advanced Event System.


OFFICALS:       The tournament will supply officials for all courts and matches.


TIE-BREAKERS: For this year's event, there will NOT be any tie-breaking games played.  In the case of a tie, the teams will be ranked by head-to-head results in case of a 2-way tie, or in the case of a 3-way tie: set percentage, and then, if necessary, point percentage.


TEAM CHECK IN LOCATION AND TIME:  Check in will take place at each playing site 30 minutes before you play. A printed AAU Roster and Hotel Survey will be required at Check in.



  • Due to the incidents in the previous years, there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues 

  • Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only. 

  • Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the playing facilities. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. 

  • Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.


ATHLETIC TRAINERS: There will be a athletic trainers available to tape and assist with minor injuries and serve as a first responder to more serious injuries.  Athletes must provide tape and pre-warp for any pre-existing needs.  Tape and pre-wrap are only provided by the tournament for emergency purposes.

AAU Membership Guidelines:

  • This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.

  • All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable).  Visit to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required).

  • Membership is not included in the event entry fee.

  • BE PREPARED:  Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event.  Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.

  • his is an AAU Licensed Event Rosters must be imported from the AAU Website.

Grand Prix Guidelines:


*Winning teams in age divisions with 16 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the 2023 AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the West Coast AAU Championships, or the Volleyball Festival.  In divisions with less than the minimum required teams, the entry fee will be discounted. 


*You must contact after the event to let them know you are interested in attending one of the reduced enterties events.


*All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline.  The National and West Coast Championships, as well as the Volleyball Festival are open to any team, no qualifying required.  For complete rules and guidelines for Super Regional or Grand Prix events, please visit

  • All players listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization.

  • All players must meet age classifications requirements.

  • All staff listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with AAU.

  •  This is an AAU Licensed Event. All participants must be current AAU Members.
